1) Bicoq’ Galerie Vivante, Rue Coq D’Inde, Les Carmes. Very arty resto with amazing food. They often have art exhibitions and you can even buy the designer table and chairs that you’re using as you eat your meal.

2) ZinZolin, Rue des Couteliers, les Carmes. Very relaxed bar that’s full of character. Only serves wine.

3) Le Cherche Ardeur, 40 Rue des Couteliers. “Cafe Cultural”. Bar with plenty of  interesting music & poetry. Very cool. Very French.
