Favourite Weekend Trips for 2010
Not only is it the end of the month but it’s the end of the quarter to boot (and much more importantly, my birthday was last week. If my growing old doesn’t signal the end of an era, then I don’t know what does.)

The south of France has lost its glitz as Nice trails miserably along the bottom of the table and it’s bad news for the world’s largest greenhouse as the Eden Project’s tropical jungle loses out.
So there you have it, the cool weekend breaks for 2010 according to, er, this blog’s viewing patterns. Do you agree with the love affair with Barcelona? Or have the bottom three weekend destinations been cheated…

Bristol , Yay! what a great place for a weekend break. I’ve been to Barcelona & Valencia & enjoyed them both but somehow I’m into seeking the less obviousplaces these days, so Valencia has to be my choice of the two. I’d recommend anyone to go the the places less visited.
